You got to speak up. If you want to grow, you will need to raise your hand for opportunities/different projects/etc. May be difficult for someone who is not comfortable doing so. Any consulting position can become overwhelming with projects and time management.

Everybody at RRS was really passionate about their work and proven experts in the sustainability field. I'd learn something new every single day about the recycling world. I also loved the casual atmosphere of the workplace because it allowed for a very collaborative enviroment.

It was a really small company so the people working there had a lot on their plates and would get really stressed at times. Additionally the office is a little quirky but recently management has put a plan together to improve it.
