Absolutely Nothing. It'll pay your bills while you look for another job.
Cons
If you work in the office, cameras will watch everything you do and your screen all day. Every time you walk to the bathroom, itll be recorded. Every email you sent out will be checked by the boss (he has a master account). Mico Managing to the extreme. Low salary, long hours. Terrible Benefits
