One of the biggest pros is that ResponseiQ is a startup, this allows individuals to grow uniquely in their roles. Your opinions and suggestions are valued and taken into account. You develop a more personal relationship with managers and colleagues - you are not just another employee filling a seat. The working hours - sleeping in slightly later every morning. Casual dress code - YES! Jeans, tank tops and sneakers... AND that cosy warm jumper on a cold winters morning! The list is endless :)

Because ResponseiQ is a startup, the processes and procedures aren't rigid like with most companies. This could be a pro for some and a con for others depending on your perspective.
