IBM Business Partner - Integration Consultant Responsiv Solutions Employee Review

Responsiv has given me a fantastic start to my career. There has been plenty opportunities given to me to tailor my time at Responsiv to best suite my key interests in corporate governance. For an entry level position I have felt like a valued member of staff with my input considered in discussions. Overall, there is a positive working environment with fairly visible senior leadership with a wealth of knowledge drawing from various backgrounds.

Responsiv are in a constantly changing industry and priorities can be changed quickly. To start with this was a little overwhelming, however everyone is very supportive and approachable and have helped to ease the workload where necessary. (I have survived and grown as a result)

- Very friendly and humble senior staff, I feel like they always have my back and there are no blame games. - Senior staff are very knowledgeable, able to design excellent solutions for incredibly complex tasks, and then translate this solution into simpler tasks and projects that specialists and teams within the company can deliver on. - Management structure is quite flat, I have never seen a decision forced through by someone pulling their rank , everyone typically has to make a strong case for their proposed solution and no ill will is held by those that are proven wrong, we are focused on getting the job done in the right way. - You can take pride in the work that is done, as it can be of very high impact and many other companies would seriously struggle to accomplish what we can - General staff are very welcoming and supportive - IBM business partner - Excellent company events - Relaxed dress code - Allow you to train during company time

- Parking can be an issue - No food on premises - No air conditioning - Can be overwhelming at times but that's the nature of the beast
