Pros
They will hire anyone. You could smoke weed right before walking into work and no one will care. They'll even let you use the forklift if you do. You can go outside and smoke as much and as often as you want. You could be absolutely terrible at your job, show up late all the time, even no call no show all week and you'll still have a job. There is NO training, so if you mess something up you can just say "well no one trained me" and everything is forgiven. The management team will always bend over backwards to kiss butt and even go against company policies if it pleases a customer. The only time they expect you to work is if you show you actually know how to work. Or if there is a corporate visit. You can lie and throw anyone under the bus, if you're in management your expected to. If you've been to jail, they will hire you on the spot just so they get the kick back for hiring a felon. Even if you're a child sex offender.
Cons
You'll have to work harder than anyone if you show you have the mental capacity to do so. You have to figure out your job. Don't expect training, from anyone. You'll always be expected to pick up the slack for everyone who isn't wanting to work. The employees have worse attitudes then 90% of the customers.
