Owner closes business every 5-6 years to eliminate debt with employees and contractors and warranty issues with customers. I worked with this team for 2 years and was the top producer for 2013. Owner ceased operations, closed the business and stopped communicating with customers, contractors and former employees he owed money to in 2013. He promised me that if I went back to work for him in 2014 he would honor all debts to me and the customers we installed for. I worked for them in 2014 and had a slow year due to the fact he would not honor those debts. As of today I am still owed commissions from 2013 and 2014, customers and contractor are ignored and he operates under this new company to avoid any litigation attempts.
