Cons
This company is a sinking ship. From regular layoffs, to sneaky/manipulative leadership and just overall shadiness the company has gone significantly downhill. The culture used to be great and it used to be a mission driven company but now it's about making money and feeding the egos of senior leadership. You can't trust anyone there and the culture has become a toxic, high stress environment with a top heavy org structure. The expectations set by the executive team don't even make sense and it's obvious they don't always know what they're talking about or what it actually entails to do the work. People walk around in fear expecting to be laid off just because an executive doesn't like you that day or the entire direction of the company changes today and will change again tomorrow. Good luck I wouldn't expect it to be around for much longer.
