Learning Cycle is good but not attractive as only some people are given chance.

Cons

Foolish Management who think about his own growth and achievements. Here only relatives, known people are grown or you will have to butter your boss by any ways : )

Pros

Agency culture with a corporate framework. A mix of expertise brought on the table from different sectors. The only place I have seen that actually uses data from paid as well custom built tools to gather insights to understand the ground reality.

Cons

No smoking zone on the same floor :( Need to go down 16 floors for each puff.

Lots of learning Good compensation and appraisals Wonderful senior management

Cons

Few teams are pathetic, and god forbids if you get in those then u ll have to work very hard but still will not get any recognition No work life balance. Do not join the company if looking for this!
