Pros
Work from home, flexibility in shift, achievable targets and good commission. Good help from specialists when you need it for making sales.
Cons
Used to be a really nice company to work for, directors and managers at all levels cared about their employees, they wanted people to enjoy their work and wanted to help them. Now it's like they don't care about their employees at all, they only care about money. Used to get chocolate at Christmas, that's gone, used to have competitions for vouchers for good calls and top sellers, that's gone too. Micromanaging to the max from untrained team leaders that don't have a clue how to coach or even understand the job we do, they just send you to the performance specialists for answers all the time because they at least know what they are talking about. Ops managers just do what the company says now even if it hurts the employees.
