The training is horrible. They train you for one thing and throw you out there and the work you are doing isn't even what is being taught. So now you just have to figure things out on your own because, don't ask the team you wont get an answer fast enough. Then they will blame you for how long the call took. Very unorganized. Systems were always down People got fired for that which I thought was unfair They even made up a story about one of my co-workers just to fire her. This Job is just way too stressful for the low pay.
