      Pros

      Pretty straight forward, and easy to do. The pay is good and there are opportunities for advancement Vending machines are also pretty cheap which is definitely a plus!! :-)

      Cons

      Training is only 1 week and then thrown on the floor to work with ample knowledge of what needs to be done, is not allowed to change schedule; if you cannot work the hours you will be fired(like me).

      Pros

      - Flexible work life, I started right before Covid and I was given all the tools & support I needed to work from home during. They made sure employees were taken care of, even those of us who are new. Even sent the team facemasks to keep everyone safe. - Friendly and engaging work environment - Prioritize training and familiarity with the business first - Competitive pay - Self motivated environment - Long term growth opportunities

      Cons

      - Snacks are a 7/10 - Learning curve is quite steep, products are quite complex and business operations are extensive so there are a lot of moving parts to keep track of.
