Pros
Since the beginning, RMG has been extremely supportive & even considerate of when my start date was... And gave me some tactile work to do until I started as it was a month away! Fozia the recruiter is an absolute star! Highly inspiring and focused. My manager Chris is the best manager I have ever had. The culture at RMG is very strong and it's real! No fakeness everyone is passionate and entrepreneurial and it is not difficult to find support at RMG. Overall a great place, with good money and working with high performing brands and businesses.
Cons
Most the cons I can think of are due to the brand or business or even venue, it's not really RMG Cons. No where is perfect and RMG are extremely understanding and considerate.
