Pros
-Breakfasts -Frozen Yogurt -Awesome staff all around to work with -You get your own office My position with RWS wasn't the flashiest job and was certainly not glamorous compared to what everyone else brings to the table to help clients and customers, but like anything, if you put the hard work in and do your best, you will be appreciated in some way. Sometimes it's a small thank you, sometimes it's a big thank you. You reap what you sow with a company like RWS and if you're dedicated and show that you care about your work; always trying to reach your potential by doing the best you can, your efforts will not go unnoticed.
Cons
Downsides...hmm. Personally I think that the tools we used needed an update and we've been told that they "were coming" but we never saw them. I understand things and other projects get in the way, so maybe communicate that better.
