      Pros

      They are a friendly group of people. Very flexible about personal needs. There is no micromanaging going on. Given that it is in RWC it has a good spot, walk to pretty much everything you need.

      Cons

      The company overall lacks direction. Whatever direction they pursue ends up changing shortly after. They are not in the right mindset to make the company profitable any time soon. Feels like the work you do is being thrown away.

      Start up culture Alot to learn and grow in your career. Very talented employees CEO is easily reachable to get to learn from his experiences
