When I was there they underwent rapid growth. Poor leadership from the company President at the time meant I got to see 'the fish rot from the head'

3-11 shift usually had nice staff

They were severely understaffed to the point of having frequent falls and patients lying in bed covered in urine. The food they provided to the patients was gross and very small portions. The patients really needed higher levels of care, but management never rejected patients even if we couldn’t safely meet their needs.
