You get paid on time. You get trained along with ongoing training. They are serious about what they do and probably over manage. Telephone sales is not for everyone and the turnover is high but the people that are good at it stay a long time. The atmosphere is good and management is very straight forward. The hourly wage is decent and commissions are good if your capable. They promote from within. The hours are nice 8:30 to 3:00 Mon - Weds, 8:30 - 2:30 Thurs & Fri. Bonus pay for before and after hours appointment leads. Nice Office and facilities.
