At Retrospect Motorworks everyone is always collaborating, working together to further the success of the business. There are Friday happy hours, plenty of social events, and ability to use the shop for personal projects.
Cons
Everyone has to work hard and wear multiple hats. It is a work hard play hard environment where you are expected to do things maybe not in your job description.
