Not bad pay I suppose

Sub par training, left to your own devices without real guidance and support from very early one. A real ‘face has to fit’ office culture, I never felt very welcome from other staff members from day one.

What a wonderful company to work for. Work / life balance is openly discussed and individuals are encouraged to share their experiences. In my experience, Rettie are an incredibly self aware Company, and take their teams’ thoughts and ideas onboard with consideration. Despite significant growth, the business has retained their family founded values and operates with this core ethos in mind.

Truly, I don’t have anything to mention.
