      Pros

      Some nice and brilliant people within the different teams and office space was ok.

      Cons

      Rotten and toxic culture that started at the top and worked it’s way down. No toaster was also allowed which seemed quite childish.

      Pros

      Working remote has been great. The team are all senior, which means I feel like i am part of something special. We also get to work deeply with our clients, rather than jumping from one to another. Management is always there for support and doesnt get in the way.

      Location, city centre. Nothing else comes to mind

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Management and culture is a dictatorship. Leaving was like fleeing from North Korea
