      - You work on your own time. Perfect for making a side-income. - You improve your typing skills. - Some of the videos are fun to watch, so captioning them doesn't feel like a job.

      Cons

      - Sometimes the pay is not worth the amount of work that goes into a job. - Since it is a freelance job, you do not get any benefits. - While you can move up the "Rev Ladder", there are no real career opportunities.
