Wouldn't recommend - People Team Rev Employee Review

Rev had 3 layoffs in the past 18 months, each time laying off approximately 1/3 of the company. The leadership has no clue what they are doing, yet they are letting go their smartest people and keeping favorites. Retention rate is really bad and favoritism is a big problem here.
