Pros
Everyone is super supportive and helpful
Pay is pretty decent and benefits are great for company size
Flexibility on time off is awesome
They have a well built out methodology
Cons
Not so much a con, as is a 'be-prepared' to be a self-starter. They have amazing resources but you must take initiative.
This type of role can be uncomfortable because you need to act with authority and like an absolute expert sometimes when you have no experience in doing something. Granted, someone on the team DOES have the experience, so you'll need to leverage that. But everyone is pretty busy, so it can be a challenge.
