      Pros

      Monday-Friday schedule is the only thing I can think of

      This company has such a high turn over rate and that should be your first big red flag that this does not give you job security. Not only can you get fired for not getting the hang of it as fast as others but if management doesn’t like you already from the start it’s a guarantee you won’t last, in my time there I saw this happen to multiple people. If management is in a bad day forget having a great day at work. If you voice your concerns with HR it really won’t matter because HR gets a long with the managers there to the point they go out as friends so you know you can’t keep your concerns confidential. The benefits are horrible as you only get 1 week of for sick and 1 week off for personal a whole year, the medical insurance is expensive even for one person and has high deductibles. Considering this job is in healthcare you would think the insurance would be great but it’s not. You are micro managed with anything you do, they monitor your screens and have cameras all over the place even when you go out to your car and I have seen the director looking at the cameras all day. They might do some “fun” activities but it really doesn’t outweigh the bad. Don’t even waste your time applying, trust the negative reviews I would never work here again.

The time off we offer may not sound like much to you, but one week of vacation plus six sick days plus another eight or so paid holidays adds up to 19 PAID days off the first year! So, yes, our company is huge on privacy. We deal with a ton of personal information and we monitor all staff to make sure we don’t compromise any of the private information our clients send to us. We are also big on keeping our staff’s information private. That means HR is separate and apart from day-to-day managers and confidential information stays confidential. Privacy isn’t always pretty, but it is important. Our reviews on social media are not fabricated. They are honest reviews, from former or current employees. These reviews honest reviews allow us the ability to continue to grow and improve for our employees and our clients.

      Pros

      Good pay, easy job, sick time, PTO, commission, environment, director is awesome, like a family.

      Cons

      10-7 shift sucked, nothing other than that.

Regarding the shift concern, due to bonus structure, we do not have part time positions in our Healthcare Recovery Department, but we do have them available in Patient Financial Services, please contact Human Resources if you’re still interested in working with us.       Pros

      Decent pay, steady hours, and overall a friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Even though the overall work environment is overall positive some co workers aren't as friendly and can be condescending and they seem to always get away with it when I couldn't imagine other people would. If you are good at your job you will end up doing someone else's work because of slackers and it can get to a point where you are drowning. The only other real con is the sick time, which you had to accrue over a decently long time, which in terms of being actually sick can be difficult because if you don't have sick time and you have the flu then this pushes the mentality of that person coming into work while sick thus getting everyone else sick (which during my time happened a few times and I hadn't accrued sick time myself and had to be there while running a high fever..)
