Pros
I average about $8,000 a month here & maintain a good work/life balance which, is important to me.
It's a pretty easy job. You drive around listening to music and work the list of warm leads they give you.
It's not hard to get sales because the leads are targeted and not random. It's not normal door to door but more so a routed out list of selected homes in a zip code near where you live.
You only have to come into the office 3 days a week at noon. The other days you go straight from your house into the field in the afternoon. It's routed out so that you don't have to drive far to get to your territory.
I enjoy my pay, benefits, office environment, management & coworkers a lot. I've been here for over a year with no plans on leaving. :)
Cons
I honestly can't think of any real cons. Stay positive and don't let one “no" ruin your day. It's sales. You have to be consistent with your positive mindset, it rubs off on potential clients.
