      Cons

      Not much - perhaps it can be fully remote so less interaction? (But how can you complain for a remote work)

      Pros

      They provide you with a lot of opportunities to do different types of work that you wouldn't be able to do so early in your career. Also, get you get to work across a lot of different industries as opposed to only one industry. Benefits are really good with flex work days. You get to work from anywhere in the summer and they have summer Fridays. It's a good group of people too.

      Cons

      The market is really challenging. Because they invest in Real Estate, the debt market impacts their ability to buy properties right now. They are still buying and selling but just at a slower rate right now which should bounce back with the economy.
