Pros
1.) Youthful environment 2.) Fun 3.) You get to learn how to become the best SDR/BDR compared to other companies 4.) If you do a good job there, the customer who contracted Reveneer may want to hire you - two of them did with me!
Cons
1.) Not only a young BDR force, but the management (just below the executives) is also very young (ages 27 to 31) with the C-Suite of the average age of 50 to 60 years old. Your livelihood (i.e., job, paycheck and reputation) is at the line due to their incompetencies, so these middle managers do not know how to assess what is a good talent, giving them acknowledgment for a job well done, but instead speak down on them, and yelling and threatening them if they are doing a good job. One of the team leads had to apologize at the end as he "finally" realized he could have done a better job as my boss. 2.) You do not feel supported 3.) Gas lighting - telling me I am a liar, when I have screenshots of the communications that were said to me throughout the past. When the company had to close the office and make everyone work remote, as they were slowly reopening, my direct manager did not give the decision that I could work remote or hybrid, they demanded that I came into the office, while the rest of the team got to come to meetings via zoom and always were 5 to about 20 minutes late, hanging in their pajamas, while I had to be in the office for 8am and just before 8am, and my direct manager would always message me if I was in the bathroom longer than 5 minutes, meanwhile everyone was at home taking naps, doing errands and other personal stuff. 4.) Depending on the team you're under, Micromanagement is huge, even when you are the top performer 5.) Silos between Middle and Upper Management, as they didn't have a clue of the mistreatments that their middle managers were inflicting on their love members (even though the CEO had a policy of "Anti-Bully'ing" and the "one strike your out - due to Anti-Bullying policy." 6.) The lowest of pay, but they'd find it cool to promote someone who is not necessarily meeting expectations on their quota.
