Pros
Revenue Accelerator has strong core values as a company, they believe in teammwork and carrying yourself with high levels of integrity. Decisions are made based on these core values which leads to consistency. The belief at RevX is that good work will set us free, if we can accomplish client goals and perform at a high level we can experience freedom in our schedules and control our work-life balance a bit more. A very collaborative, distriubuted team means you get to meet new people from new cultures and work together. Lots of fun zoom meetings getting to know people in different areas of the world, and solving problems together. No two days are the same which makes it a fun, engageing envrionment. You are corresponding with leaders at growing companies across the US and Canada, lots of exposire learning opportunities and strategic conversations. Very invested in employee growth, management will often allow you to buy books or courses to improve certain skills you are interested in -- attending conferences and networking also available to those who want it. There are no bad ideas at RevX and the best idea wins always, no egos involved. The company runs on an idea meritocracy where each individual and each idea is weighted the same. Fast growing company that rewards hard work and commitment, plain and simple. If you want to jump into a fast paced envrionment and learn how to run and scale a company, this is the right spot.
Cons
Being a performance-based business the pressure put on you by clients can be high at times, but I saw first hand how that pushes the right people to do their best work. A distributed team means there are rarely office gatherings (sometimes, but not consistently) which can be a pro or a con depending on preference. The team is very lean and still growing, so there is not a lot of HR or management infrastructure in place at this time.
