Fast-paced environment as you expected a start-up company would be. Every two-week meeting with CEO with incentives to outstanding employees.
Cons
You would be wearing several ‘hat’ in this company. Your title could change every two weeks or get kick out without warning. Carefully watch on your contract and make it clear on your probation period (none, 3 months, 6 months), salary and monthly bonus/incentive they mentioned when you started.
