Pros

Experienced leadership team that is always accessible and available for questions or guidance. Strong collaboration between different departments to make sure information is presented to clients and prospective clients accurately. Forward thinking leadership team. Willing to make the investment in products and solutions to best position ourselves in the market place. Recently launched SaaS, multi-tenant CLM platform that has received great reviews and feedback in the market. Unbelievable dedicated team that worked around the clock to make sure the product was launched before the aggressive go live date. We are on pace to have best year since I have been employed here. Excellent work environment.

Cons

Owned by PE Firm, so there is no guarantee what the future holds. Can be taxing at times balancing the speculation of not if, but when the company will be acquired, and fall out for employees.

Pros

- Empowers power, listens to them for ideas, and encourages dissenting opinions. I feel respected and valued, which is great. - Good combination of small enough to make a difference and have some possible reward if the company is later sold, but stable unlike a startup - Good pay and benefits - Very good vacation time policy (esp once personal time and floating holiday are added) - Flexible and reasonable hours (some work off hours, esp. during crunch time, but generally few people there on site before 10am or after 7pm) - Small goodies like bagels twice a week, food often out at lunch, a recent Bay cruise, everyone sent home early before Labor Day weekend, etc.

Cons

- Telecommuting officially allowed, but not really available - Occasional weekend work during crunches for developers
