Pros
The ice cream is legitimately pretty good, and employees get unlimited free ice cream on their breaks. Likewise, the tips can be really good depending on what shift you work, and most of the coworkers are nice.
Cons
The main con of working here is owner, Adriana Shuman. I have worked years in food service, and I have never disliked a manager more. Unfortunately Adriana is both the owner and the only manager. Her expectations for minimum wage employees puts more pressure on employees than I have ever experienced at a job, and I have worked in food service for 6 years with a few different jobs and countless managers. Adriana will threaten to fire you over extremely minor or even nonexistent occurrences, such as coming back from your break 2 minutes late or getting one question wrong on her routine lengthy quizzes about the restaurants procedures. In addition to this, my last paycheck was about $250 short, and I had to call and text Adriana for about a week to even get a response from her. Once she finally responded to my texts and calls, she insisted that I had been paid accordingly and I had to really push to get my money, until finally she admitted there had been a mistake, with no apology or accountability on her part whatsoever. I had to wait about a month and a half to get my final paycheck after my last day.
