From my first interview to my last, everyone was EXTREMELY amazing. Every person I talked too was super welcoming, nice, and just made the whole process feel really comfortable. Anytime I had a question during the interview process, the recruiting team were very responsive and helpful, and got back to me quick. They really made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Overall it was a really great experience and I appreciated how supportive everyone was through out the whole thing.

None really. Everything from the turn around time to how informative everyone was, was top notch. The whole process felt smooth and put together, and I never really felt left wondering what was going on.

Entry level job to get foot into the door

Upper management treats the office staff much better than those in inbound, outbound, and technicians. To this day, all the posts Revivn puts out of company outings are only office staff. Start time is early in the morning instead of typical 9-5. Empty promises of certifications and courses. Low hourly pay vs the salaried office staff Management is very controlling and polices over what technicians do, even if quota (often setting unrealistic ones too) is being met. Expects the same or higher level of professionalism compared to office staff while giving less freedom, opportunities, pay, benefits, etc.
