A sense of toxic competition amongst peers is created through direct comparisons
Extremely high expectations and get reprimanded if make a mistake once
No accountability so everyone points fingers at each other when something bad happens; tense unprofessional arguments during meetings; hearing upper management make negative comments about their own team or others because they decide to go home at the reasonable 5pm or take vacation time when it inconveniences them
Company stuck in its old ways; no real strategy to pushing the business to a better position but just refining targets to make things work somehow
