Pros

Revolgy is a good place to work with collaborative team and management support. There are solid opportunities for growth if you take initiative and is a great fit for someone who is adaptive and enjoys continuous learning. Things can move quickly and there’s always something new to take on, so being open to change is important. Even with that though, the work-life balance is great here due to the remote work and support (and whoever wants to visit the office in Prague still can!)

Cons

Revolgy is a smaller company that is constantly evolving, making it less suitable for those who prefer a slower-paced environment.

Pros

Let's cut through the usual fluff. Working at Revolgy isn't just a job; it's an immersion into the deep end of IT, cloud technology and digital transformation. For those who breathe tech, this place is a goldmine. Revolgy is: - Fiercely independent - if autonomy is your game, Revolgy is your playground. We have the freedom to innovate without someone breathing down our neck. - Very remote - this isn't just about working in your pajamas. It's about being part of a culture that's embraced the future of work – remote, flexible, and yet, astonishingly cohesive. - Tech at its top - you're in the heart of action. AWS, Google Cloud, Lacework, or Keboola – the big guns of cloud & tech are what you play with here. - Sustainable employer and brand - They walk the talk when it comes to sustainable company (and I don't mean edible coffee cups). I appreciate long-term value over short-term gimmicks.

Cons

This might be Cons for some people, I see it as a nice and interesting career challenge (or maybe I've already developed Stockholm syndrome, IDK): - Pace like a sprint - It is a real thing; brace yourself and train a bit. It's fast, sometimes furiously so. This is not a place for the faint-hearted or the sluggish. - Adapt or perish - tech waits for literally no one. If you're not learning every day, you're fossilizing. - Fiercely independent, sometimes lack of responsibility in day-to-day operations - after all those years it still feels like Revolgy's Achilles' heel. The company needs to find its consistent management rhythm - empower people more towards responsibility, give them enough freedom, push them into the deep end, but also MAKE them see to the consequences of not delivering what should have been delivered. A mistake is not a problem, but laziness and lack of work responsibility sometimes create blind gaps and problems.
