Great compensation, some really nice people work here, great office space

Some leadership is really negative, selfish, and have no perspective for the future.

I was able to run multiple teams and teach my team how to do multiple roles within my year and half working there.

The company was run by a bunch of inexperienced time-share salesmen. I ran and worked in multiple departments and was told about a raise that I had never seen for 6 months. This same thing happen to multiple other employees for even longer. If one of the hire-ups liked you, you could work remotely and receive bonuses. I was the only supervisor without an office. Regional managers and everyone else above constantly used the company's money to take vacations and I was told not to speak of that to anyone. The HR department was a complete joke and favored the CEO's decisions and fired anyone who didn't comply with their shady business actions. The company has multiple lawsuits out against them for not finishing solar projects and just leaving customers with nowhere to turn.
