Pros
I’m based in the Kraków office, where we support colleagues worldwide with end-to-end financial processes, analytics, and expertise. It’s a friendly, supportive environment with lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
What really stands out for me is the engagement of people – both employees and local management. Thanks to their involvement, we have great local, self-organized initiatives, activities and events. Colleagues also organize knowledge-sharing trainings (e.g. RPA, AI, Change Management), helping others develop new skills.
Many people have been here for over 10 years, which says a lot about the culture.
The company is certified as a Great Place to Work – and it truly deserves it.
Cons
The salary could be higher, especially considering the increasing cost of living — it sometimes feels like we earn the same or even less in real terms.
