I have been with PerkinElmer / Revvity for nearly 30 years, and over time, I’ve seen a steady decline in employee benefits, especially since the bean counters took charge in the last few years. Once profit became the sole focus, morale plummeted, innovation has all but ceased, and customer service has declined. If I were twenty years younger, I would have walked away a year or two ago.
The medical benefits are subpar, they’ve removed revenue streams from our commission, raises have become a joke, and the cost of benefits has risen dramatically. On top of that, we’ve lost access to company vehicles.
If you're considering starting a career at Revvity, I strongly suggest waiting until Prahlad and other senior leaders cash out with their golden parachutes. It’s not the right time to join.
