Pros
- Flexible timings - People enjoy fun fridays a lot.
Cons
- No clear communication - One person controls everything. There is no delegation of power corresponding to the job title of the employee. If that person feels you should continue with the job there, there will be enough ways to keep you at the company. If he doesn't want you in the office, there will be enough flaws in your performance and you will soon see the exit door. - HR cant make any decisions.
