      Pros

      Many great, hardworking people work there. Good place to work if you are looking for an entry level trade-type job that can grow into a career.

      Cons

      Upper management is too focused on administering policies and not committed to doing what is right by their employees. Work-life balance is not good.

      It is a really good place to work with a highly supportive environment. The coworkers are great, team-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

      Good pay decent benefits plenty of good coworkers

      Cons

      Very dirty old facility’s . They don’t care about people you are just a number. Hr is judge jury and executioner. I was falsely accused of something and terminated. I never got to defend myself. I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
