      Pros

      Having been with Reworld for over a decade, I can say it’s a company with a strong foundation. In recent years, we’ve experienced rapid growth which has been exciting to see. There’s been plenty of change with that growth, but this change has been challenging and rewarding. One of the standout aspects of working there is the support and empowerment I’ve received from my management team. Every manager I’ve had over the years has shown a commitment to my professional development. There are abundant opportunities for those who actively seek them. The benefits package is also impressive, featuring paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and a competitive 401(k) match.

      Cons

      The disconnect between the ELT at the corporate level and the regional/site leaders. This gap often leads to ineffective communication regarding policy changes and updates. Additionally, the company’s system processes are somewhat outdated. In my role, the administrative workload could be streamlined to better support strategic efforts and enhance our capability as effective business partners to our sites.

      It is a really good place to work with a highly supportive environment. The coworkers are great, team-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

      Good pay decent benefits plenty of good coworkers

      Very dirty old facility’s . They don’t care about people you are just a number. Hr is judge jury and executioner. I was falsely accused of something and terminated. I never got to defend myself. I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
