      Pros

      My manager really cares about the team, including physical, mental and emotional health and is very supportive of life outside of the job. This company also really cares about appreciation and recognizing the contributions you make. If you care about the environment and making meaningful impact to sustainability, this is a place where you can make that contribution while growing your career. This company is growing!

      Cons

      IT systems need improvement and don't always function at 100%. There is opportunity to improve and integrate better working systems which the company does recognize and working to implement/improve.

      It is a really good place to work with a highly supportive environment. The coworkers are great, team-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

      Good pay decent benefits plenty of good coworkers

      Very dirty old facility’s . They don’t care about people you are just a number. Hr is judge jury and executioner. I was falsely accused of something and terminated. I never got to defend myself. I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
