Upper management is absolutely awful - Management Controller Reworld Media Employee Review

This company has very poor leadership that has focus on "self' over team. Upper management is absolutely awful and does not care about their employees. The money is the only thing they care about and not human dignity. They set unrealistic goals and if you don't hit them. they will point fingers at you. They have made so many ridiculous business decisions that employees now must work 10-12 hours days to even get a day off. My advice after working there for years, make sure you know what you're doing before making this decision.
