      Pros

      Easy going work place. Understanding management when you have kids. Very organized atmosphere and work place and standards

      Cons

      The engineering section was too far away from the production section. Needed more opportunity to test designs. A bit liberal with the title of engineer, giving it to those without proper education.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in the manufacturing world at Reyco. I found strongly positive attitudes in the leadership and engineering team, and was always able to seek and receive guidance from them about anything.

      Cons

      Not all employees on the floor share the same positive attitudes of the leadership.
