I worked at Reynold India Pvt Ltd until May 2025 and my experience was extremely disappointing. • Salary for April 2025 was never paid, despite multiple follow-ups. • Company refused to reimburse genuine expenses, even after submitting proper bills. • After I left, they sent a baseless legal notice, trying to harass me with fake financial claims. • During my tenure, I had to bear all travel and site expenses from my own pocket, and there was no system of timely advance or reimbursement. • HR and management are completely non-responsive and unprofessional in handling exits. They treat employees like they’re easily replaceable and do not respect or value ground-level engineers and technicians. 🚫 I would strongly advise job seekers to avoid this company, especially if you are a service engineer or involved in fieldwork. There is no job security, no ethics, and no proper communication.
