I thought that the management and staff were great. It's a company that if you want to learn, you'll learn, if you don't, you'll get fired. It's really that simple.

Could have a little more exposure to current trends in the field.

Stable job. A lot of opportunities to work overtime because they are not adequately staffed.

If you like a place that is stuck in the "old ways" with the "that's always how we've done it mentality", then this is the place for you. The management is poorly run and will say they have your back or trust you, but the first chance most supervisors get they will stick it to you because that is the "state police way". You have to rule with an iron fist to show the upper command staff you know how to "take care of your guys."
