Pros

They are very good at getting staff whatever they need to feel like they can do their best job. They are forgiving of mistakes.

Cons

Do not expect any raises based on merit. They will occasionally do a staff-wide cost-of-living raise. I was told in February that we were on track for $2500 year end bonuses, and received $1000. A lot of inconsistency between pay rates for hourly employees. Additionally, a lot of the support staff have been there for 20+ years, and they do not follow firm procedures. This makes working with them very difficult as they do not use the firm nomenclature or the case management system guidelines. As a new staff member, however, you will be required to adhere to them strictly. Very little diversity. When mentioned, it is not a priority.
