Very bad in terms of caring for their employees Delaying employee salaries by months at a stretch and not giving any reasonable explanation for the same. The company only expects that you work for them and don't voice any concerns of yours, whatsoever. HR management of the company is very bad and people at the top don't care, not only about their employees but also their customers.
