Poor management from top down, Treat their workers as if they know nothing, Treat their workers like if one left oh well plenty more out there, even if that person had vast knowledge in there field. The people they bring in are no where near as good. the amalgamation of all the companies into one is a failure, it is bring all departments to there knees, poor payers for the amount of work/responsibility. Do not respect peoples opinion. Are not fair even though they say they are. closed mentality. Arrogant towards there competitors, and it has cost them.
