Decent job - Customer Service Representative Richard Petty Driving Experience Employee Review

Team environment and great group of co workers.

No cons come to mind.

Customers are happy basically everyday, you're around racecars every day and if you like being outside-this is the place. Seemed to be a fun place while I was there, although I didn't associate much outside of work.

Biggest con: relationships. There are more friends/couples/secret lovers/marriages here than should be legally allowed. It is very obvious it affects the judgement of many of its Managers and upper-level managers / executives. -Vacation has no cash value. In a business where you are constantly over-worked (if you're Full Time and Salaried) and are offered 'comp' days in lieu of you working over 40hrs, if they can you then all your vacation is gone. Forever.
