Pros

No set training, or trainer, management gives authority to employees to train, lack of training knowledge, along with working at the same time. No orientation, most management, supervisors haven’t worked in assembly in years, and don’t have the answers which causes a lot of rework, and downtime. Supervisors don’t have or don’t give advice, knowledge, or a way to learn and to succeed, Richards training process sets employees for failure. They hire a lot of friends of friends, causing longer breaks, lunches, and talking through work hours, If Richards doesn’t implement a training, from somebody certified to train, and not current employees they would not have such big turnaround. The position is Electrical Mechanical to mostly government units, quality is not there (it’s just good enough) and for the position $13.00 to start with experience is a joke. Last , management through the facility are never on the same place
