Worst place to wrok. - Accounting Assistant Richardson Properties Employee Review

The welcoming and hospitable environment combined with professional courtesy at Richardson Properties is something I have never experienced and makes working here so amazing.

I cannot think of any cons to working here.

Amenities maybe, although you can't always access them. Badge entrance for the gym, but can only use amenities when staff or concierge is there are there.

Luxury Section 8 apartments. They allow anybody to live and work here. The office staff has been terrible since I've been here. There's always domestic disputes and other noise ordinance violation disturbance. The owner is only about money and not the quality of any of his apartments.
